Form Builder

The Form Builder has a lot of functions. One form can be divided into multiple participants filling in simultaneously; for example, the applicant and his / her proxy. Fields and groups of fields can be configured for visibility by roles, conditions, and the ability to set calculated fields. Each applicant can be promoted through a series of roles, and thus new pages with fields will open for them in the form.
